New Training is on the way!

EnerSafe is currently undertaking a comprehensive review and update of training and assessment content for the superseded units:

• UETDRMP005

• UETDRMP006

• UETDRMP007

• UETDRMP008

These units were superseded in August 2025 and are being transitioned to the new unit codes:

• UETDRMP014

• UETDRMP015

• UETDRMP016

• UETDRMP017

• UETDRMP018 

• UETDRMP019 

The review focuses on ensuring all training content aligns with current regulatory requirements, safety standards and contemporary operational practices within the electricity supply industry. This includes reviewing learning materials, assessment tools and delivery methods to ensure they remain practical, clear and fit for purpose for today’s workforce.

Registered Training Organisations are provided with a 12-month transition period to update their training and assessment materials following the release of superseded units. Any training completed against the superseded units during this transition period remains valid and nationally recognised, providing continuity for learners and industry.

EnerSafe is pleased to be progressing this update within a shorter turnaround of approximately six months, with a full release of the updated content planned by 1 March 2026.
